- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer service at a reasonable price and will never perform a service before explaining the reason and cause. I charge a service fee of $50 only if the repair option is not taken at the time of the diagnostics.

I treat new customers like family, and with the upmost respect. I breakdown the repair job explaining every step of the way no hidden agenda
