PHOTO BOOTH PRICING: ∙ 1 hour: $150 | 2 hours: $200 | 3 hours: $250 | All day: $300 ∙ Includes: digital booth, premium backdrop, props, custom template, instant digital sharing BALLOON DÉCOR: Custom quoted based on design, size, and colors PAYMENT: ∙ $40 deposit to book (non-refundable) ∙ Balance due 48 hours before event DISCOUNTS: ∙ Package deals (photo booth + balloons) ∙ Seasonal promotions ∙ Repeat customer loyalty rates ∙ Referral discounts ADD-ONS AVAILABLE: Physical prints, upgraded backdrops, additional balloon elements CANCELLATION: 24-hour notice required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Photo Booth Bookings: If you know what package you want (1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, or all day), you can book instantly through my website! Just select your date, choose your package, and pay your deposit - you’re done! I’ll create your custom template and we’re all set. Add-ons like prints or upgraded backdrops can be selected during booking. Balloon Décor Projects: For balloon garlands, arches, or centerpieces, I need a bit more info since these are custom designs. After you reach out, I’ll ask about your colors, theme, and vision. I’ll provide a quote and often create a design mockup so you can see what it’ll look like before booking. For Both Services: ∙ Book with a deposit ∙ I confirm all details 1-2 weeks before your event ∙ Balance due 48 hours before event day ∙ I arrive early on event day to set everything up perfectly ∙ For photo booths: digital gallery delivered within 72 hours I’m always available by text/call if you have questions at any point!
