The Appliance Whisperer (TAW) was very punctual to responding to my request in Thumbtack and to the messages sent through the app. TAW was very courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer any questions that I had and was eager to get started and get the job done. TAW takes the time to maintain his schedule as well as other demands. However, he makes sure to listen to the customer needs and provide feedback to ensure all is understood regarding requests. I will be sure to contact TAW if needed on future projects.
