I also charge a small travel fee for jobs outside my standard service area to cover time and mileage. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the complexity of the job, I like to visit or schedule a walkthrough or visit to understand the space, the customer’s priorities, and the level of cleaning needed. From there, I provide a clear plan, transparent pricing, and a scheduled date that works best for the client. On cleaning day, I arrive on time, fully prepared, and work efficiently with strong attention to detail. Before leaving, I do a final check to ensure everything meets Supreme Clean’s standards.
