After getting no where with my insurance company and outrageous bids to fix HALF of my roof, I was lucky to be referred to Tyler and Dallin Slade. They helped me work though insurance and claim adjuster issues. They answered every question with tacit and thought. They did a great job on my roof. THEN when my insurance STILL made a mistake, they made it right on my final bill. I can't say enough good things about this company. Thank you Slade roofing!

Great company. Worked with Dallin who came out to both inspect and fix my roof and he was honest, price seemed fair and he was very helpful. He does great work.

Slade Roofing took all the stress out of the claim/repair process. Had talked to 4-5 contractors prior to Slade and got no closer to getting roof repaired. Slade Roofing immediately worked with insurance to ensure my claim was handled correctly and had roof fixed in a very timely manner. Both Tyler and Dallin Slade were excellent to work with. I would highly recommend Slade roofing.

I had some wind damage on my roof after a windstorm and called a couple of places and Slade Roofing was the most responsive and they did great work! Dallin is also the nicest and great to work with. Will definitely use them again if needed and recommend to anyone who has any roofing needs!

We recently bought a home. The home inspector suggested having a roofer check a few shingles and flashing. Since the home is 15 years old, we also were concerned with its longevity. Dallin was very professional and honest in his assessment. Fortunately, the roof's in good shape, and we just had to have the old satellite dish removed. However, should we have future hail damage or other concerns, we'll definitely contact Slade Roofing.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In most insurance claim situations, your total out of pocket expense should be no more than your deductible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your insurance company will set the scope and price of your roof replacement. They tell us what quality of product to install, what they want us to do, and what they will pay us to do it. The city inspector makes sure we install your roof up to current roofing codes. You select the colors, product within the range of like kind and quality as established by the insurance company, and the cost is your deductible (unless you do not have Ordinance or law coverage or you have an ACV Policy.) This would be a great time to ask your agent 3 questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. I started Roofing in 1997
2. I have been a home and business insurance agent since 2002.
3. I teach continuing education to insurance agents.
4. All of my roof inspectors are HAAG Certified.
6. I am a certified installer for Malarkey roofing products and Owens Corning.
