- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
By viewing our website, you can see example of our PhotoBooks (and we create Photo Albums/scrapbooks). We can create any PhotoBook or photo album for our clients. We can also help with organizing, sorting or converting your photos. Just contact us with your unique needs. We would love to talk to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call and let's discuss your unique project with us. We will brainstorm with you and share the many options that are best for you. Everyday we help people who feel confused and overwhelmed find a pathway that is doable for them. Our PhotoBooks can be as small as 20 pages or as large as 100. Call and we will answer any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been creating Photo albums and PhotoBooks for over 30 years. Please see our website for all my credentials. In 1988 I helped in the start up of Creative Memories - a worldwide direct-selling company that provided both traditional and digital scrap booking products. That company grew to 400 million in sales in 14 countries.
