Shaun is an amazing handyman! He has gone above and beyond in everything I hired him to do. I was just looking for painting at first, but then I saw in other reviews that he did other work. In addition to painting, he repaired drywall, fixed my kitchen sink, installed baseboard molding, trimmed my bathroom door so it would fully close, properly cut and installed trim in my 1/2 bath to fit around the countertop correctly, replaced ceiling lights, caulked my bathtub, wall mounted 2 TV's, hung a bathroom mirror and installed a transition strip. He is incredibly polite, responsive, reasonable and fair. I had this list of stuff I needed done around the house for years and he took care of it in 7 days. I feel like I have a new house! It is hard to find a good all around handyman who truly cares about the quality of his work - Shaun exceeded every expectation I had!

Our experience with Shaun was great. He took his time from the initial consultation. He is incredibly informative and will talk through all questions you have.
He produces quality work within a timely manner. He ripped out flooded carpet, took down old shelving units, fixed a current shelving unit, painted basement walls, did some patch work, installed flooring, trim and a sump pump.
Highly recommend for your basement needs!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of service and length of time estimated to complete the work. All materials are charged at cost, I don't make any profit on materials - you pay what I pay.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is where I find out the general details about your project, determine if a walk thru is needed for estimating, providing pricing, collecting a down payment(for larger projects), completing the work, and invoicing. Then being available should you need anything after completion.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
In my teenage years my father "made" me help with lots of projects at our house and friends' homes. Once I had a place of my own, I continued to do things on my own and at friends' houses. I left a lucrative sales career to work with my hands. I love every minute of helping others get things checked off the to-do list!
