Introduction: I provide private mandolin instruction in Bozeman, MT. I have over 30 years of experience. I work with students to see where they are and determine the best way to improve their tone, timing and technique. We can work in my home studio, or I can come to your place. I also can teach over the internet on Skype or Google video chat. Bio: Tom Murphy moved from St. Louis to Montana in 2003, and since that time, he has aligned himself with some of the finest musicians in the area. His inventive mandolin solos, driving rhythm, and tight harmony vocals have made him a solid part of the Montana acoustic music scene.
