We’ve been waiting 6 months for him to come back and finish things that we’re not done properly in our home. Since we paid him in full, he hasn’t responded. There are nails sticking out in the flooring on the stairs and parts completely unfinished. Now having to pay even more to get his work fixed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of these prices are base numbers, depend on the type of flooring you are having installed may change these numbers. Each persons home is different so we want to make your install goes as smooth as possible.
Hard Surfaces:
Basic Install: $2.50 per sqft+
Stairs: 60+
Trap door: $200+
Carpet:
Basic Install: $1.50 per sqft+
Stairs: $15 per+
Trap Door: $100+
Extras:
Furniture $100 per room
Baseboard remove and replaced $2.50 per foot
Toilet removal: $50
All repairs start at $100 and can go up from there depending on the size of the repair and they type

We are so excited that you have decided to freshen up you space with some new flooring, we are here to make that as easy as possible! Here are the steps we take to make sure you have a great experience.
-Meet at your house to get a look at you project and discuss what you are wanting installed or the type of flooring you are wanting to purchases, also the time frame that you are working with and the budget you have.
-Write up a quote for you and call you back soon after to discuses details like install date or flooring purchases.
- We will keep in contact with you until we are able to install the flooring and the job is finished
- After install we will check back with you to see how your loving you new floor!

As a company we have worked with all types of costumers from builders and general contractors to first time home owners customizing their new space and folks who have replaced there floors before in a previous house. We work with the costumer to best suit their needs for their project.
