- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour. It makes it easier to adjust for the level of service each client needs, and allows you to stay within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to know what you want cleaned, and particularly, what your priorities are. This is important, unless you have an unlimited budget.... I'll explain how I work, what I'll do, and what products I'll use. We can also talk about any allergies or sensitivities you have. I try to tailor each job to the client's needs and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree in Public Administration from the UofA. I learned focus, hard work, and following through....
