Sparkle Solutions is hands down the best cleaning company I’ve used! As a busy professional, I don’t always have time to keep up with cleaning, but they made my home look and feel brand new. The adult who came did an ok job. After he left.and really inspecting, things were missed.
The company itself, would NOT recommend. The work was to start at 10, did get text that previous job taking longer if too long have Jaleb(?) come. By 1230, I texted, she said Jaleb didnt call? No! By 1:30 Jaleb was here, so 3.5 hrs late and then, I as quoted 469, charged 50 more. So 3.5 hrs late was here until 8:30, missed some blatant items and eas charged $50 more. Never again.

I also want to clarify that the additional $50 was discussed beforehand as part of the extended time spent onsite due to the delayed start, but I understand how frustrating the experience was from your perspective.
