Kimberly C. says, "I originally received an estimate from Brian to repair my shower door that had shattered. He came and spent time measuring every part of the shower and walls and then submitted an estimate for just the door and an estimate for the whole surround. I was really happy with how that process went but I made a bad decision to use a different person who was arranging multiple repairs/updates at my house. Three weeks later the person I hired realized that the door was an odd size. He had neglected to measure it when he told me he could fix the shower. He also seemed to be at a loss as to the best way to get this done so I contacted Brian again and asked if he would consider taking the job. He was very professional and agreed. He had the measurements from before so he was able to order the glass and parts. I decided to replace the whole surround and as soon as the parts came he contacted me so that he could get the job done. He did a great job on the installation. He has good communication skills and was very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend him for any of your glass needs."See more

Our kitchen sink wasn't draining properly because the pipes were badly clogged and needed replacing. Nahu fixed that and asked if anything else needed to be repaired. I mentioned that the motion sensor in my touchless kitchen faucet wasn't working, but that I had given up on that long ago. In minutes, he looked at the parts I had in a box and installed the solenoid so that it's functioning properly now. It's like I have a new faucet!A few weeks later he came and replaced a hand held hose and shower head that had cracked in the bathroom. Coincidentally, that same day, my outdoor faucet adapter froze and broke in half on the pavement. The Path To Eternity says, "I called into American Standard the other day and got a hold of a kind associate who was patient and understanding with me. We had no hot water and the company came out to check my issue. It turns out my water heater had broken after nearly 13 years. The plumber Jose installed a new water heater in my crawl space which is about 3 feet high. I now have hot water and my family is happy. This was all accomplished within around 2 hours during the later afternoon. The man even offered to be available next year when we need to perform our yearly water heater drain and he said he would teach me how to do it.Thanks so much for working with me on this.
