He came and spent time measuring every part of the shower and walls and then submitted an estimate for just the door and an estimate for the whole surround. I was really happy with how that process went but I made a bad decision to use a different person who was arranging multiple repairs/updates at my house. Three weeks later the person I hired realized that the door was an odd size. He had neglected to measure it when he told me he could fix the shower. He also seemed to be at a loss as to the best way to get this done so I contacted Brian again and asked if he would consider taking the job. He was very professional and agreed. He had the measurements from before so he was able to order the glass and parts. I decided to replace the whole surround and as soon as the parts came he contacted me so that he could get the job done. He did a great job on the installation.
