- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No not at all .. when it comes to painting an accurate price can not be established unless the painter and the customer meet to communicate exactly what needs to be done , at the job site . ( please do not trust a painter that will give a price over the phone . Trades men simply can not do that accurately)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They contact me by phone . I set up an appointment and come out the to the home and meet with my customers . It is really best for the customer to meet the painter get to know who may be working in your home and show the painter exactly what they want done . That is the only way for a professional paint to provide a real and accurate estimate .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing residential repainting for over 30 years . . I am also a skilled carpenter . we can help you with all your repair needs . My company is called Market ready we specialize in getting homes ready to be sold.
