- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and I always give a genuine smile. A customer is more than a dollar sign to us, they are now a friend, and client in one. I discuss what I will do to the computer and give an invoice that doesn't say you owe me anything yet, only after you sign, and everything that Is agreed upon is finished to perfection. -Basic Rundown of procedure- Enter in safe mode and then regular mode to see the difference. This makes the rest of the repair more accurate and obvious. I clean every bit of adware, Spyware, malware, Trojans, Keyloggers and wasted space on your hard drive. I use the industries most advanced software only known by the geekiest of geeks and while it is running I manually make fine tuning so your computer runs at its finest capabilities without compromising battery life. We extend it by removing useless "bloatware". For hardware replacements, upgrades fixes, we meet and exceed the biggest competitors out there. We take our time to do it perfect but we are so familiar with all products it's done in less than half the time of greedy competitors!
