- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask what happens if the problem you called them for comes back the next day, the next week, and the next month. Find out which instances they will charge you for and what the charges would be. Most of the computer technicians around have a lot of overhead (store fronts, fancy cars, and employees) which requires them to charge more per hour. Also, a very important thing to think about is if a company says they have over 40 years of computer experience find out if they have over 40 employees working for them. If not, then you need to understand that the most important part of this statement is that the first 35 years of experience is not relevant anymore.
