- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is $80 an hour depending on the type of job, plus the cost of materials for specific jobs. For some projects like furniture assembly or TV mounting I will usually charge a flat rate depending on what is being assembled / mounted, etc...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out to me I will ask some questions regarding the type of work they need done. I may also ask to take a look at the job in person to get a better idea of what will be needed to complete it. This way I can be sure I'm the right person for the job and have a clear picture of what needs to be addressed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My entire life I've worked with my hands. I've worked on home renovations, back yard patio installations, landscaping, interior painting, etc. I'm a problem solver and will often find a solution to unique problems around the home. In 2021 I took this knowledge I have for home improvements and started MHI and its been my passion ever since.
