Robby began the job with a thorough walk thru, got us a reasonable quote as well as timeline, and then sent us Jake to execute the job. Jake as well did a great job, addressing any small items on our post walk thru. What we were very impressed by as well, was that Robby came back and did an inspection of the completed job with us - asking as well for input / feedback. Continue to Inspect what you expect & youll keep customers!

I had contacted 360 Painting to remove my Popcorn Ceiling and to paint the entire two story area. Robby Hernanns was the territory manager who came to evaluate my project and to give me my quote. He noticed that I had wallpaper that was peeling in my second floor landing, I bought the house in 2003 and it came with the wallpaper on and was probably from the year it was built 1988. After the project got started I asked him if he could take down the wallpaper in my bedroom and the dining room. He came out to evaluate the area and I said to him, can you take all the wallpaper in the house down and while youre at it just paint the entire house. However, I needed the project done within the two week. Period. We had agreed-upon because I was going to be leaving town. He assigned to fabulous painters to my home. One was GUILLERMO Valdez and the other was Martine. They work nonstop and they even work through the weekend the first week to bring this project to completion on time. When the Popcorn came down, I noticed I had some issues with roof leaks from over the years and I had to get a Roofer on and GUILLERMO even worked with him, showing him every area where the integrity may have been compromised. They completed the project on time and did a fabulous job painting, and then the shop vac came in and they cleaned up like I could not believe. Everyone knows removal of Popcorn is one of the nastiest jobs out there, but my house looks so good when they finished I couldve cried for joy. I cannot recommend this company enough. The workmen were reliable, I met with them every morning and every evening to look at what was being done to make sure we were all on the same page and almost every morning the territory manager was over there, looking at the job also, I do feel that this was money well spent on quality work.

360 was wonderful to work with from estimate to finished job. My little house and barn look wonderful. The team helped me put everything back together and even helped me when a bear knocked over the garden fountain. Their prep workers the best I've seen, and the care they gave my job was outstanding. If you need great painters, call 360!

Could not be more pleased with the work 360 Painting did in our home. Beyond the professional painting was the excellent communication and coordination of the Territory Manager Robby Hermanns. He was on top of every aspect of the project. The crew even helped with reconnecting all our devices and moving the heavy furniture back into place. Really appreciated since my just-had-knee-replacement husband would have had a hard time with that.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We offer that many painting companies do not. 1. Fixed price -Our estimates are fixed priced which means that we will not ask for additional payment unless you decide to change the scope of your project.  In other words,  if I under estimate the paint or labor cost that is on me.     2.  Warranty -We offer a 2 year workmanship warranty.  The good news is that we do such a good job the first time we rarely have to honor this.  We also use Sherwin Williams products that provide a limited life time warranty.     3.  Free color consultation -  upon signing with 360 Painting of Asheville, We will send a Sherwin Williams Color professional will come to your home and help you with your color choices free of charge

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our typical process for working with customers is as follows: - A potential customer reaches out inquiring about our services. -They connect directly with me or our call center and set a time for us to come out and provide a free quote. This usually takes between 20 min to hour and a half depending on the job size. -Most of the time we are able to provide a detailed quote before we leave. We also send the detailed quote/proposal to the customer via email where they can review and accept the proposal on line. - Once a proposal is accepted, We connect with the customer within one business day to make arrangements for a 20% deposit. - After a deposit is collected, it typically takes a day or two for us to provide a project start date. We pride ourselves on starting on time, however, sometimes jobs are delayed due to weather. -If a customer needs help with color choices, at no cost to the customer, we arrange for a Sherwin Williams Color Consultant to come out and assist the customer. - During your project I will be in touch with the primary contact of the project daily giving updates and answering any questions. - At the end of the job, we walk the job with the customer making sure that that the customer is completely satisfied and only then will we take final payment.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    - Always ask what kind of paint product is going to be used. Many times I run into customers that have had other estimates done and they have know idea what products will be used. There are many different paint products that have different costs and benefits. Even within the different brands of paint there are many different products. Many of my customers tell me that the previous painters told them they would use "Sherwin Williams paint." Okay, well which one? Are they going to use a contractor grade paint or a high end paint that has benefits such as depth of color or clean-ability or mold and mildew resistance. We can help you decide on a product that will fit your needs. Do you have allergies? There is a paint for that. Do you want a paint that actively helps reduce odors (kitchen/ laundry room). There is a paint for that. Let us help you find the paint product that best suites your needs. - Ask how long the job will take and if the paint contractor will stay on the job until it is complete. Once we begin a job we will stay on the job until it is finished. The only exception to this is if there is weather that prevents us from painting.
