- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally look over a job and give you a firm price unless things change moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come out to your home or business and look over the job and go over and details of the work. Then I will call you back with a price or if the job is small I can give you a job immediately. I don't ask for money in advance unless I am buying the paint and then I might need a small advance to cover materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked for a couple painting contractors years ago and also my sister who is an interior designer in Atlanta.
