Nathan completed several projects for me, including custom shelves and yard work. The shelves turned out beautifully, he’s very detail-oriented, careful with his measurements, and takes pride in that kind of work.
However, when he installed new locks on my doors, both door frames developed cracks that now need professional repair. A carpenter confirmed the damage lined up with the screw points from the installation. While Nathan was polite in communication, there wasn’t much accountability when I brought up the issue, which was disappointing given the repair costs.
Overall, he’s skilled with woodworking and decorative projects, but I would be cautious with anything involving structural or door hardware.
