- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! I take continuing education classes on a regular basis. I also read a lot of books, online information, and listen to podcasts about massage, running, fitness, art/creativity, spirituality, leadership, and more.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My purpose while here on earth is to love and serve others. There are many ways that I do this in my personal and professional life.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Full body massage. Foot and lower leg massage. Head, neck and shoulder massage. Hand and lower arm massage. Thai foot reflexology. Life Coaching. Creative Coaching (for the artist and creative types). Couch to 5K Coaching (involves talk, accompanied walk/runs, massages, and a 5K!)
