- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen and pay close attention to exactly what issues are bothering them. It doesn't necessarily have to be a direct technical problem... it could just as well be frustration with the tools they are struggling to work with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an engineering education and degree from Georgia Tech, as well as extensive additional post-graduate training in computer and network systems.
