- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no surprise charges and have simplified the pricing system. The customer can choose an hourly rate or a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is we first talk to the customer on the phone, find out what their move entails, and we recommend the number of movers and size truck or container is needed. Then we offer and can visit the site at no charge if the customer likes.
