An amazing experience! From the beginning of the inquiry all the way through to the details of dinner, even though booking so far in advance, exceptionally accommodating, professional and communicative. Chef Gabriel is the best! He did a three course dinner for my husband and I and the food was amazing. He was very responsive to my needs, reasonably priced, and even very personable and communicative as he prepared dinner. When I come back to Asheville, I will definitely work with him again! We were in town for our 20th Anniversary. We decided to do something special and hire a chef for a night. Gabriel was awesome! He communicated well and quickly. He provided sample menus to help choose and accommodated any requests. The food was delicious course after course. The experience was just what we wanted.
