- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our teachers set their own tuition rates, but lessons are typically between $100-$120 per month (average of four 30-minute lessons per month). Most teachers offer a trial lesson before committing to monthly tuition. There is a $55 annual membership fee paid to Asheville Music School.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's as easy as 1, 2, 3, 4! 1. Email or call us and tell us what instrument you are interested in, and if you have a certain teacher in mind. You can see all of our teachers' profiles on our website: ashevillemusicschool.org/teachers 2. We'll make sure you have an instrument (if needed). 3. Then, we will talk about schedule preferences 4. Finally, one of our teachers will call you to set up your first lesson!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our teachers hold bachelor's and master's degrees in music education or music performance, and have many years of experience.
