- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have continued my education with getting my Associates and then my Bachelors Degrees while continuing to pursue the most up-to-date reports on different technologies.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first got into computer maintenance and repair during a 10 year career in the U.S. Navy. I was an Electronic Technician, was introduced to many different types of computer hardware as well as different software.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Computer repairs and upgrades, home and small business networking. I also assist customers in deciding what new applications would be best for their use, load those apps and configure them, and train the user.
