We were happy with one of the repairs (master bedroom) at an affordable price but the other window he stuffed towels around the window frame..didn't hold the window up..it kept sliding down..stated that he would try to salvage parts for the track from another project but never got back to us to complete repair (although we paid in full) this was 2 yrs. ago!

We wish we could give more than 5 stars for Marvin's service! We have a 100 year old house with windows that were replaced about 20 years ago (before we purchased it). While the windows were fine, the trim around them were not installed well with a lot of short cuts that led to rotten wood. We asked Marvin to replace any rotten wood, caulk and repaint all of our windows (~25). He cared for our windows as if they were his own! If he found an area of concern, he notified us immediately and gave us options on how best to repair it (so it would last another 100 years). We actually ran into an issue with a failed steel window frame from the original construction of the home. He showed us, had a solution and knew a masonry that could fix it for us. The repair was done so well, you would never know if we didn't tell you. Our job was a multi-day event and every day, Marvin would communicate his arrival time and be punctual. The debris from each window was cleaned from the ground immediately and removed off site each day. We also had a couple sections of glass that either had a crack or lost its glazing. Marvin fixed these for us while here. If I know of anyone that has an issue with a window (the glass or mechanics) or the trim, Marvin would be the first and only one I would recommend for the work. As I said before, Marvin treats each window like they were on his own home. There are no short cuts and his craftsmanship and personal care is a lost art.
