Pricing is is a set price. Anything additional will be extra cost. Depending on how far, it is a delivery charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, I treat them like the rest, like I have known them forever. I break down everything when it comes to pricing, decorating, or anything special they would like made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ years working with different people. I love talking to people and making them smile and making sure they feel comfortable ordering through Chanels Sweets.
