Brad was great. He and his partner were very professional and even came back to check their installation. They also called to make sure that we were happy with their work. One thing though to some may sound irrelavent but, even though they were coming to install a dishwasher they work in clean collared shirts and pants. That is not something you see today in a lot of contractors who are doing the work. We plan to do some more updates to our kitchen and throughout our home and Brad will be our first phone call. Give him a call, you will be happy that you did. Thanks guys!

Chris installed a tv on our outside screened-in porch. He also suggested a new audio system for my house that would sync with my iphone (so I can play music on the surround sound system inside and outside of the house from my iphone), and installed that as well. Everything looks and works great. His fees were very reasonable and I am extremely pleased with the outcome.

A previous low-voltage subcontractor did the pre-wire during construction. Jeremy did a great job cleaning up that hot mess resulting in a "finished look". In addition to the difficult job inserting ceiling speakers – he has hooked up cable boxes, Xbox, cd/DVD players, old & new amplifiers, Bluetooth, network, integrated personal devices– All of which are now part of the home multi area sound+ video system – I didn't think it could happen. One thing I like- he is a grinder – keeps working on projects the entire time he is here and -voilà -you see stuff get finished.

We had Tom out to check out our house as there have been a few break ins lately. He was courteous and very well informed about the products and gave us very clear options. Also being a firefighter he gave us a lot of insight into the fire safety of our home and we really felt we could trust him. We ended up getting a system that was reasonably priced with the lowest monitoring rate I have ever seen. He is also going to install a surround sound system for us at a later date.

I hired Peak City to finish a basement room. Though it was just one room, it was fairly extensive as code required the addition of a window (which required cutting into a brick wall/engineering/sign off etc). In addition to the window, Paul anticipated and shared with me everything the town was going to require before he even quoted the job. Yes, I had lower bids but no one else mentioned up front the extra costs that would be incurred. (Which obviously would've resulted in higher costs than originally bid.) The total scope of work involved extending the HVAC, moving plumbing, adding electrical, framing out of a closet, drywall install/finishing, the addition of a soffit, hardwood installation (which included removing a threshold and weaving the new hardwoods into the existing hardwoods, which was done seamlessly) painting and trim. I was also impressed with the fact that he took it upon himself to match the existing interior doors/trim etc. (That may sound like a no brainer but I've done many homes/projects over the years and you'd be surprised!!) He did his best to minimize dust and the work area was cleaned up daily (again something one would expect, but doesn't necessarily happen without asking!). He had a handful of trades in who did the same. He finished on time and stayed within the agreed budget with no surprises! Highly recommended!

Mr. Brickman did very good work In my home he installed 2 BR ceiling fans, a kitchen dimmer switch, two under the cabinet light systems and wall switches for them, and covered one misplaced outlet closed. He cleaned up after himself and all are in perfect working order. He was courteous and personable. I should have asked for a written estimate/projection of cost for job instead of just listening to his projection. My bad. He did not offer, his bad. I get electricians have to make a living too, but I came home to him finishing up and his invoice said 7.5 hrs/work. and final cost of 600$, which I was not expecting the hours/cost by how it sounded the previous day. Anyhoo, lesson learned. He's a very good electrician as far as I can tell. I need to get more assertive with my service shopping skills!
