- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to curate options that fit each clients unique request. Each client is given (1) complimentary quote & consultation. As it does take time, destination knowledge, and vendor relationships, to build each quote we do require a plan to go fee based on party size. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is that we like to have a conversation with our clients as to what would make their vacation or special event memorable and affordable. We are not "order takers", as we like to customize your experience. As a boutique agency, we strive to make every client feel like our only client. We listen to you and advise based on what's available and vendor promotions. After our getting to know each other, and your travel needs, we get to work on building you a custom quote. This will be delivered via email and list package detail options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As we are always looking to be knowledgeable within our industry, we currently carry master agent certifications with multiple cruise lines, DWHSA (Destination Wedding & Honeymoon Specialist Association), Karisma Resorts Specialist, Sandals Resorts Specialist, Certified AMRESORTS Master Agent, British Virgin Islands Specialist, Jamaica Specialist, and Globus Specialist to name a few.
