Hey! I’m Hannah. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach and Weight Loss Specialist and I specialize in LGBTQ+ fitness. The queer community is often overlooked in the world of fitness but I’m here to change that. I pride myself in being a compassionate, caring coach. Starting a fitness journey can be challenging and vulnerable and I’m here to support you every step of the way….and challenge you when you need it. We will work together to achieve your physical and mental goals through exercise, mindful nutrition and implementing long term habits. With 5+ years in the dance and fitness industry I have extensive knowledge of human anatomy and exercise instruction, making me the ideal coach for anyone looking to make a change! *I am a fully remote personal trainer and do not accept in person clients.

Working with Hannah has been such a great experience. She really takes the time to understand my goals and make workouts that actually fit me. It never feels like a one-size-fits-all approach. She pushes me when I need it but also knows when to adjust things so I don’t feel overwhelmed. I’ve gotten stronger, more confident, and actually enjoy working out now,something I never thought I’d say. If you’re looking for a trainer who’s knowledgeable, supportive, and just easy to be around, I can’t recommend Hannah enough!
