The movers were an hour late to the job and took them 10 hours to move a 1600 square foot, 2 bedroom house to a small 2 bedroom apartment 20 minutes away. Priot to the move, I disclosed the number of bedrooms, furniture, piano, applicances that needed to be moved. MANY items were damaged in the move and I have been trying to have this rectified since the move took place on July 1, 10 days ago. The owner has been defensive and threatening when I have followed up on damaged items and has not provided any insurance information so that I can pursue the damages myself. In addition, one item was loaded but NEVER delivered. They brought 3 workers and only 1 actually worked the entire time. The other 2 were on the phone and sitting on the back of the truck for 6 of the 10 hours it took them to complete the work. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be pursing damages. I would NEVER recommend this company.
