- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies according to each families needs. In home consultations are one fee but we do offer an amazing "add on" service many of our families really find helpful. This allows ongoing support and invites a flexible and affordable way to receive expert support whenever needed as baby grows and the family dog ages. We would be happy to share our fees with you when we talk on the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a conversation to find out if we are a good fit for one another. Then families fill out our client form. Often this will lead to more questions and possibly video or images being submitted. We then promptly schedule an in person or Skype consultation. The process before our time together really allows us to focus on your most important goals immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Special Education and have spent over 20 years supporting families in a variety of settings. I also am a peer counselor for nursing moms and appreciate that my specialty combines all of my passions and expertise.
