- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. Base Rate (3-Hour Minimum) All moving jobs require a minimum of 3 hours. Customers are charged this base rate regardless of job completion time if under 3 hours. Standard Rate: $120/hour for 2 movers Truck usage: Additional flat fee of $75 Minimum total for a 3-hour job with truck: $435 2. Hourly Billing After Minimum After the first 3 hours, billing continues in 30-minute increments. Time is calculated from arrival to completion (including load/unload). 3. Additional Charges Travel Fee: Flat $50 within 20 miles; $1/mile beyond. Heavy Item Fee: $50–$150 for pianos, safes, etc. Packing Supplies (if provided): Billed by item (e.g., boxes). 4. Deposit & Cancellation Policy A $120 deposit is required to secure your moving date. Fully refundable if cancelled 72+ hours before the move. 50% refundable if cancelled within 48 hours.
