- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing starts at $350 and is based on the age and square footage of the home. We offer discounts for military, first responders, and first-time home buyers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inspections can be easily scheduled on our website or give us a call, text, or email. We provide a 24-hour turnaround time from inspection to report. We'll review the report together on video conference and I'll answer any questions you may have. This typically takes about 20-25 minutes but can go longer, it's up to you. I enjoy getting to know each home and client, teaching my clients about the important issues so decisions can be made with confidence and peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified licensed home inspector in North Carolina. I’ve had the good fortunate to work hands-on with my father in his home remodeling business. As a master electrician, my father also trained/mentored me when I was an apprentice electrician. My background and knowledge provide me valuable insight as a home inspector and fuels my passion for the industry.
