I had a great experience with this cleaning service. The team was professional, punctual, and did a thorough job cleaning my home. They paid attention to detail, and everything looked fresh and spotless when they were finished.
The only minor issue was that they didn’t have a ladder or step stool, so they weren’t able to reach and clean the highest areas of the cabinets. Other than that, I was very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend them. I look forward to using their services again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide recurring cleaning discounts for the second cleaning. To ensure we can continue to provide high quality services at affordable rates, we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled within the 24 hour window prior to the appointment will be assessed a $50 fee.
Weekend cleaning services are limited and subject to advance coordination. Online requests for Saturday or Sunday appointments are not guaranteed until confirmed by a Tranquility & Luxury Cleaning Services representative. Requests submitted less than 72 hours in advance may not be accommodated.
