Curtis did great work replacing siding and rotted boards on my house. His estimate was right-on, he showed up when he said he would and his work was good. I would/will hire him again.

Wow, without a doubt the best, most professional work we have had done in my 9 years living in Cary. The job was challenging and required a lot of expertise (repairing extensive wood rot to several sections of old cedar siding). Curtis and his assistant did a fantastic job, went above and beyond what was expected, left the area clean and tidy, and did it all for an extremely fair price. We would hire them again in a heartbeat, and would recommend them to anyone needing carpentry work of any kind. What a find! Thank you, Curtis!

Curtis and his crew just did a fairly big repair of hardboard siding and trim on my mom's house. He provided a very competitive bid and was fast and conscientious. It turns out his worksmanship is so good that even the painter commented on it. I'd recommend McGhee's Carpentry without reservation.

Curtis did a great job for us replacing some bad siding, rotted wood, window sills and even replaced an exterior door. His work was great, he was on-time, and his price was fair. I'd hire him again without question.

We have hired Curtis numerous times and will continue to rely on him. In addition to being skilled and concerned about quality work, he is totally honest and trustworthy. We've hired him for siding and trim replacement, but I've seen other carpentry projects he has worked on and been impressed. He's a very talented carpenter.
