- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flat rate pricing model for lawn care based on lot size. 0-.25 acre, .26-.5 acre, .51-.75 acre, .76-1acre etc.. We offer 25% discount for weekly customer and 15% discount for every other week customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We answer any and all questions the potential customer may have. From there, we setup an account for the customer that will allow scheduling, bill payments and any other general support the customer may have.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are two times you get a good price. When someone is terrible and when someone is new. If you find someone cheaper than us, I can guarantee they're going to perform poorly and they will almost certainly not have insurance or a license. So if/when a rock gets slung through your window or other property damage occurs, you'll never hear from them again.
