Hi! I am a Certified Life Coach working with adults, teens & families in life & relationship coaching and specialize in helping Christians with a history of trauma to view clearly how their past is impacting their present.
If you are struggling in the present due to trauma & grief from the past, there is a way to freedom. These struggles can show up in relationships, self-care issues, emotional instability & struggles in thought life and behaviors. We would love nothing more than to help you to live in the truth of your value in all relationships, including the one with yourself.
If you are looking to manage stress/anxiety, we can lead you through practical steps from chaos to order in your emotional, relational & practical goals so your life lines up with the promises you know He made to us in His Word.
I look forward to supporting you in achieving your goals. I would love to get to know you with a complementary introductory session, where we can see if this is the right fit for you. 💜
Warmly,
Amy Georges

Amy has helped me through the toughest time of my life and I’m so grateful to find her here. She played such a pivotal role in helping us build a firm foundation to repair broken relationship - from finding the root cause, opening opportunities for efficient communications, providing strategies and insights to grow spiritually.
She has powerful tools & practical ways for strengthening, deepening and positive change in self and marriage. Her unique & clear, God centered style of coaching truly set us on the right path to a marriage centered around God and each other. Only a couple of sessions, I gained an unexpected glimmer of hope and is on the way to heal individually and as a unit in marriage.
It was an honor and a blessing to have her guide and comfort us through this difficult journey. This has allowed us to grow as individuals and as a family & we are forever grateful for her mentorship and constant prayers over us.
I will highly recommend her to every single person or couple looking for any type of coaching, whether marital & personal, etc. Thank you again Amy for your wisdom and all the love you poured into our lives!

I have been working with Amy for a couple months now and can not say enough about the positive progress we have made. I have worked with other therapist in past but gave up when I felt no progress was made or I was not pushed enough try work through problems, the trauma, the setbacks. Amy, is always on time for our sessions, she adjusts our sessions as need be if I am struggling harder one day verse another. She is worth so much more than monetary value. She actually cares, prepares for our sessions ahead time and follows up. I value her as professional and caring Therapist that will help if you do the work. I can not say enough about her and her services and what a positive impact she has made but my adult children, my doctors, my pastor and friends all see the change and know when I haven’t had a session or not working through steps I have learned from Amy. That should tell you there that her services are impactful in her clients lives and families when other professionals see a difference in you and your patterns or dealing with stress and trauma.

She is amazing. A very clear view of letting go and getting on track with your healing process with many modalities. Highly recommended and well worth the price. Especially for those that are independent thinkers and self motivated to heal.

For full disclosure, I am Amy’s husband. I am writing this review to endorse Amy’s coaching style and technique. Amy’s methods stress honesty with one’s self and the courage to confront forces that hold us back. She helps you drill down to the root causes of your conflict/trauma, like an auger slowly peeling off crusty hardened layers and removing them to get to the most fertile place within you. She then helps you find the best sources that nourish and replenish your roots to spark new growth, new life and new branches. Amy stresses balance and common sense in relationships and is devoted to helping women struggling with past or recent trauma. She is a relentless learner, avidly passionate to always find what works best for her clients.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe it is important to spend time initially free of cost determining if it is a good coaching relationship. There is flexibility in pricing based on factors including length of the session and frequency.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think the best approach to working with a new client is a complimentary introductory session. This way we can have an introduction where are you may share your goals and start a conversation about how they may be met.
We would leave the first session with some concrete action items. And, if interested, meet again to see how those goals were met over the course of a week and if the plan we are developing is one you feel will bring you the peace & joy you seek, at His feet.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been studying emotional health for over 25 years through Bible study, and at the undergraduate and graduate levels. I pursued becoming a Certified Life Coach when a sister and mentor - a licensed Chritian therapist for over 30 years - told me she had moved to the coaching model and found it more effective for her clients.
