Juan and his crew were excellent. They were prompt, friendly, careful with our furniture, and kind to my elderly mother and my preschooler. The quote for the move was the most reasonable one we received, and unlike most movers I have encountered, they didn’t try to tack on extra charges at the end. We had them move around and take apart/ re-assemble several things and they were fast and skilled. We could not be happier with JT Willis and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

These guys were great! I was given a 2-hour window for when my furniture would be dropped off at my curb, and Juan was extremely flexible and able to work with me. After hauling my heavy stuff up to my second-floor apartment, he then proceeded to unbox it and place it where we wanted it, which I wasn't expecting. He even helped attached the mirror to the dresser. I highly recommend! A+!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try not have any hidden fees. And my prices can be negotiable depending on situation if necessary.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a basic conversation with the customer to get a feel for them and them of me. This is to let them know that I will make sure to take care of them and their request best way and most efficient way as possible. I like to make myself available to meet with them also.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had professional moving courses over the years. I've been in customer relations atmosphere for 20 years..hands on.
