- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try not have any hidden fees. And my prices can be negotiable depending on situation if necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a basic conversation with the customer to get a feel for them and them of me. This is to let them know that I will make sure to take care of them and their request best way and most efficient way as possible. I like to make myself available to meet with them also.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had professional moving courses over the years. I've been in customer relations atmosphere for 20 years..hands on.
