First time mom and I am forever grateful for Heather. She was my postpartum doula and was warm, knowledgeable, and immensely helpful with giving me much needed tips and direction in the most positive/generous kind of way. She also served as our nanny and was phenomenal with our baby boy and kept our house pristine and organized. Heather came in and figured out what we needed. She's a little Energizer bunny, and she worked with my son on cleaning his room, always knowing what to do next and keeping everything positive and encouraging. My son actually had fun decluttering and cleaning his room, getting rid of more trash (aka treasures) than I thought possible. Now it's manageable, and he's motivated to keep it clean. She's knowledgeable in ADHD, positive parenting techniques, and a good communicator - a blessing to any overwhelmed parent at any stage of parenthood.Update:Heather has been back to my house a few times and she's scheduled to come back in the future.She helped me prior to my grandma coming to our home from the hospital after we had switched around some rooms. We had giant piles of clutter and things were just all in the wrong places. She got things sorted and cleaned up, then loaded up my car full with things I had set aside for donation. I swear she doesn't slow down even with carrying dozens of heavy loads up and down stairs.We've also organized closets and storage rooms together. She takes care to clean spaces well before placing things back and strives to make a system that works intuitively. I take breaks while she keeps going.I can't recommend her enough.

Heather and her team of professional caretakers have been such a life saver for our family! Heather is always responsive and helpful when figuring out some unique situations our family has for our son and when we need help. We absolutely love Elizabeth who comes to care for our son, and he always has a great time with her. The added bonus of help with chores around the home is immensely helpful! Highly recommend to anyone in need of permanent or occasional care.

The Mommy Mentor is wonderful! Heather has been our doula since our twin boys were around 2.5 months old, and we have had a great experience with her and her team. Heather is always warm and positive; she is a strong communicator and has a wealth of knowledge on raising babies. Being a doula is not just a job for Heather; she genuinely cares about the wellbeing of the entire family from babies to siblings and even the parents! She is extra caring towards our twin boys (I love hearing her sing to them!); she engages our four-year-old son and has developed a friendship with him; and she is always checking in with me to make sure I am doing well. Not only is Heather great with babies and children, but she is also amazing at household duties, including laundry, straightening of the kitchen and house, as well as organizing and maintaining the play areas. Heather is never idle; she gets an incredible amount done every time she is with us, and she anticipates our needs by taking the initiative to perform new tasks without being asked. From feeding to playtime inside and outside to naptime Heather can manage our entire twins schedule with ease and optimism. She is a great resource for questions and suggestions about childcare. Heather has an excellent team; whenever we have worked with anyone else on her team, we have had a good experience and have been confident that our children are in caring hands.
