Eli was always super kind and helpful. He is passionate about what he does. He motivated me to work hard and stay focused. During my 4 month span in being trained by Eli, he was a huge help in directing my focus in weightlifting and training! I came to him with the goal of losing weight, along with adding lean muscle, and he was able to make that vision become reality. I started off around roughly 188 lbs, and by the time we were finished i had dropped to 163 lbs of lean muscle! He helped me achieve this through a very disciplines approach, which included a daily vision board of our planned exercises, which for me included high repetition lifting, that targeted every muscle for a very well rounded workout. Eli is not only great at encouraging you, but he takes the time to teach you the proper weightlifting techiniques to avoid injury, as well as maximizing the results desired. After my time spent training with Eli, I not only reached my fitness goals, but became a much more knowledgable weightlifter which is extremely valuable! I hope to continue training with him well into the future!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When working with a new customer the first thing I am going to do is bring you in for a consultation. This will mainly consist of us getting to meet each other and us discussing the fitness goals you are wishing to meet. After outlining your goals that you are trying to meet, I am going to take some measurements to be able to track throughout your time we work together. After taking measurements, I am going to have you do some initial workouts to gauge your fitness level and from there will be able to start working on your training regimen.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    My fitness journey began from playing football. I developed a love for working out from playing football and decided to invest more into fitness by becoming certified. I continued working out all through college and finding a true passion of wanting to become a personal trainer. From working out, I had not only seen an increase in my physical health, but also in my mental and emotional health. Seeing those benefits made me want to get into the field of personal training and help anyone trying to reach their personal fitness goals and see those increases in their physical, mental, and emotional health.
