- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer the first thing I am going to do is bring you in for a consultation. This will mainly consist of us getting to meet each other and us discussing the fitness goals you are wishing to meet. After outlining your goals that you are trying to meet, I am going to take some measurements to be able to track throughout your time we work together. After taking measurements, I am going to have you do some initial workouts to gauge your fitness level and from there will be able to start working on your training regimen.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My fitness journey began from playing football. I developed a love for working out from playing football and decided to invest more into fitness by becoming certified. I continued working out all through college and finding a true passion of wanting to become a personal trainer. From working out, I had not only seen an increase in my physical health, but also in my mental and emotional health. Seeing those benefits made me want to get into the field of personal training and help anyone trying to reach their personal fitness goals and see those increases in their physical, mental, and emotional health.
