Introduction: Hi :) I'm Jess! I want to help you not only lose weight, but to feel sexy and confident in your own skin! I've spent the last 10 years as a personal trainer and fitness manager I've been where you are and I know where you are going after having my daughter I found myself at a weight higher than I could have predicted but I've personally lost over 55lbs and kept it off, and after learning the secret to how..my number 1 goal is to help as many women as I can do the same. As a Personal Trainer and Mindset Coach my goal is to help you discover food freedom to be able to lose the weight by learning how your body feels when it is fueled with the proper foods. I do not lead with restrictions and rarely talk of them, the goal is not to eliminate things, it is to add more of the right things so there will be a diminished desire to overload on extras. I want to help you learn to Enjoy Exercise, to help you find the things you like to do and mold them into a way we can get you feeling stronger, healthier, and happier. My approach is centered around getting you the results that you need while ensuring you have the rock solid foundation to maintain them!

Jessica helped to bring me out of a life fog that I was in by being my coach/trainer in the gym and my well-being & mental health champion. Jess is a fantastic personal trainer! I began noticing results in only a few weeks. She is very attentive to my personal requests and needs during my work outs. I have a condition called POTS and she has gone above and beyond to make sure that the work outs she plans for me take my condition into consideration. She is also very quick to respond if I ever have any questions for her when I'm working out at home. Overall, Jess is a great personal trainer and I definitely recommend her services! :)

Coach Jess is amazing!! She is passionate and professional! She is knowledgeable as well as realistic. Coach Jess is a mentor as well as an excellent motivator. Two years ago I had terrible back pain and had a hard time getting from sitting to standing. Jess has been working with me in increasing my overall strength especially in my core. I am much stronger than I was two years ago and as a testimony to Jess’s training I completed a 30 mile bike ride and had no pain after the ride. She is a blessing!

Almost 2 years training with Jess and she still keeps things fun and interesting! She continues to push my exercise routines to fit my experience and make things challenging.   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    ALL CUSTOMERS WILL RECEIVE A COMPLIMENTARY ASSESSMENT. -First I will sit down and get to know you. -During the complimentary assessment I will be assessing your movement patterns, to determine any muscular imbalances. I will also use this time to evaluate your current fitness level as well as collect starting body composition which will be used to track progress along the way. - After completing the assessment we will Spend time discussing what you would like to achieve. I will use this time to gain an in depth understanding of your goals, strengths and weaknesses. - Based on all of the findings above we will select a program to move forward with. We will schedule your first session and from there you will be on the path to reaching you fitness goals.
