- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always reading and trying new things, had an awesome conference earlier this year. Was 3 days and was 10 different sessions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been fitness oriented, was a year around athlete and kept in great physical shape in the US Army. I would say training soldiers to get out of the overweight program and training hand to hand combat made me realize this is the right field for me.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most common type of training sessions I conduct are full body circuit style sessions. This is great for beginners, busy clients short of time, and even clients that would like to lose weight but do not enjoy traditional cardio
