I started training with Matt in August 2018. From the beginning it was quite obvious that Matt knew A LOT when it came to health and fitness. His method of training, pushing me while being careful that I did not over do it was instrumental to me. After several months of training I am down 18 pounds and over 12 inches lost. I will forever be grateful to Matt for making me the baddest mama jama in South Florida :), for helping me become stronger and leaner and for making bosu burpees still the #1 exercise I hate (still made me do them)!! Matt is the absolute best trainer I’ve ever had! He really genuinely cares about my goals and results and always texts/ calls me to make sure I’m following the nutrition plans. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We talk on the phone about their goals and I get to know them a little bit before we meet. When we meet I take them through a short but effective consultation. It helps me to better understand their body so I can create a customized plan for their body to keep them safe based on their goals. After that, we meet three times per week and I check in with them on days that I do not see them. They see results and they have fun!
