The folks are Block & Associates Realty are top notch professionals! My family and I have rented for the past two years and Block & Associates was the property management company. They were always responsive and respectful of my needs. At the end of our lease Betsy Dilling (Property Management) was a complete angel to work with. She answered all of my questions and did it with sweet southern charm. Thank you so much for the awesome service and respect! My experience with my agent, Amy L., was outstanding. I was relocating long distance and she was able to give me an excellent virtual tour. We employed the services of Bridget Stell at Block & Associates to list and lease our rental property... it could not have gone better: (1) she had quality potential tenants interested and lined up prior to the property being formally listed, (2) once the property was listed, we had multiple showings, and (3) we secured good tenants to fill the rental... all of this occurring in just two weeks from the time we initially purchased the property. Bridget was great and we're excited to do more business with her and Block in the future.

Block & Associates handled the rental of my home for over 14 years and I am very happy with their services. I lived overseas during this period and was unable to micromanage everything from vetting new tenants to scheduling required maintenance and upgrades.Regular communication was essential and this was also handled very well.For this reason I give them the full 5-star rating.
