- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Whether a corporate or private client, we are flexible in how we place the fee into the budget. We prefer a flat fee based on our proposed estimated hours x rate for the project. We also often do a flat rate + a percent of all vendor coordination and fee. We will work with each individual client and implement the best pricing which works for the event budget. Our day-of-wedding coordination pricing is HIGHLY competitive! Ask us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like meeting my customers in person. I want to sit down with you and go over your ideas, theme, colors, and budget. I typically bring a computer or ipad with me in order to showcase some ideas to make sure we are on the same page. I then go home and work up and party plan and price out your budget. If you agree with the plan then we move forward in implement the party plan immediately.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I planned many friends parties & weddings over the years and was told I had a gift and should use it. I found that I loved it & was always looking forward to the next big event. It is truly my passion.
