Lisa arrived timely with a beautiful smile on her face immediately making us feel that we had indeed made the right choice in selecting her.     I have completed a 230 therapeutically-focused yoga teacher training as well as life coach training. I continue to participate in workshops to learn more.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Women who want to incorporate mindfulness meditation techniques into their lives to help reduce anxiety/feelings of stress. Teaching yoga and meditation techniques to small groups who want to learn about stress management.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Make sure to share any health issues when hiring a yoga instructor. Life Coaching is about moving forward and is different from therapy. Therapy is more about healing the past.
