I called this company when looking for a quote for catering services. The girl who answered the phone was very nice and polite. They e-mailed me a quote shortly after the phone call. We decided to choose them to cater our wedding this past September. I scheduled a tasting with them later on that week in the evening and the food was delicious and we enjoyed our consult. They arrived to the venue on time and got straight to work. The setup was very beautiful and the reception dinner was delicious and exceeded our expectations. We ordered the beef tenderloin and the balsamic chicken. The string beans had a garlic butter sauce and were very fresh. Dessert included cupcakes, cheesecake and assorted cookies and bars. The peanut butter cookies were my favorite. Overall, the servers were very kind and waited on my guests. They constantly kept moving, clearing tables and refilled beverages. I would definitely recommend this company and also the balsamic chicken.

The food was exceptional! They catered my wedding this past month and they were one of the best vendors I worked with throughout the whole wedding planning process. The delivery was on-time, the staff was very friendly and attentive and the food was vedy fresh. Thanks Chrisabethella!

I found Chrisabethella Catering through Thumbtack. Never having heard of the company before, I wasn't 100% sure, but after speaking with Courtney and seeing the level of professionalism and knowledge she exhibited, I chose Chrisabethella Catering to cater my wedding. Catering involved into "Catering *and* Event Rentals," once Courtney explained her capabilities to also handle our event rentals. She was extremely flexible in the items I needed (our primary color was a very tricky shade of dark purple-blue), and was always patient with me as we went through the process of coordinating the right items. We had many late-in-the-game changes to our wedding, and through it all, Courtney was patient, responsive, and took the time to consult with me and make sure all of my questions were answered -- no matter how small or trivial they seemed. The fact that Courtney acted as a trusted advisor in my wedding planning process was amazing -- she went above and beyond to meet strict budgetary requirements, yet provided her professional opinion on if cutting X or Y would result in a lower quality service, or hinder the guest experience. As someone who did most of the planning on my own and who isn't too wedding-savvy, this type of assistance was invaluable. Did I mention that all of our guests loved the food, Courtney's team did a great job delivering everything on-time, and she even followed up with me that day to make sure we had everything we needed? I am so glad to have had such a wonderful caterer/rentals vendor who cared as much about staying within budget and providing guests with a quality experience as I did! From catering, to event rentals, to the cake, and consultation -- Chrisabethella Catering definitely hit the mark!

Courtney worked very well with me. It was like talking to my best friend when we would discuss my food plan/the cake ect. She was great! Their prices were extremely affordable. The only problem I had was I asked for ranch for the salads and we were delivered italian, the cake I had ordered with them was extremely lopsided and just didn't look right & the disposable plates didn't look all that great and just looked very cheap. I was really disappointed but their service is great and the people are so sweet and the food was good. So I give 4 stars for that!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The main thing to ask your caterer is how many weddings do they do per day. This is very important. Many catering companies will do up to 4 weddings per day. We feel that leaves too much chance for error. Chrisabethella Catering only does one wedding per day. That day is your special day and you should not have to share it with any other bride.
